Starting her career off in New York working as a staff illustrator at various major New York newspapers, she honed her skills on the editorial side of illustration and design.

After leaving New York, she and her husband settled in Seattle, Washington in 1992. Annette has won numerous awards for her work, both locally and nationally. Her illustration techniques were recently featured in Step-by-Step Electronic Design magazine. Annette's illustrations are digital, working primarily in PhotoShop and Painter.

Annette and her husband David have two young sons and one geriatric cat. When she is not doing her art, or racing after her boys, you can find her playing in the dirt on their hillside garden.
